i need to:
get more sleep by going to bed earlier.
be nicer.
clean up more.
stop eating so much.
stop being lazy.
stop wasting money that i don't have.
stop watching movies and tearing up at them.
stop letting memories hold me back.
stop thinking so much.
stop talking about myself so much.
stop being so critical of myself.
go to bed.
